Government Affairs - Stay Informed - Influence Outcomes
Minimize

At no time in recent history have government initiatives had a more dramatic impact on our industry. Our Governemtn Affiars area is provided to help Registered Users and Subscribers maintian awareness, be better informed and be able to participate in influenicng better outcomes.

Registered IMMAAG users (a FREE Service) periodically receive alerts about legislative and regulatory activities.

IMMAAG attempts to reduce redundancy, so if other mainstream sources are sharing updates and we don't have a different perspective we probalby will not send an alert. But, if we do have a different interpretation or persepctive or if we don't feel the relevant information is being made available we will use our email alert system to notify our registered users and subscribers.

IMMAAG Subscribers (a cost of $0.25 to $0.49 per day) gain the additional benefit of IMMAAG summaries and analysis of bills and regulations to help them absorb the infomration more productively.  So, Subscribers not only are among the first to know, but the information IMMAAG provides means they spend less time gaining the knowledge. Alos, the paid subscriptions fund our sustained and intensifed action on behalf of the industry.

Paid Subscriptions enable us to stay focused on the issues and to be involved in important industry events like the recent participation in D.C. in November 2010 providing input to Dr. Elizabeth Warren as an invited representative to discuss the Bureau's approach to the Dodd-Frank requirement to create a combined GFE/TIL disclosure form.
